Q: Why are your prices so much lower than other companies that do video?
A: From Scott Phillips, Owner: "My wife and I were married in 1999. We were on a tight budget and realized that as much as we wanted to have a video of our special day, it was just ridiculously out of reach. While we are in this to be successful financially, we keep our overhead costs low while maintaining up-to-date equipment and software."

How is this done? Well, we don't have a traditional store front office or studio like some, and we don't rely heavily on the "wedding business" to keep us going. We are a stable video production company that not only works on weddings, but we create, edit and distribute commercials, short-films, instructional videos and more. We want you to have a professional video that you can afford, our hearts and souls are in this, because take it from us, you'll regret it if you don't have that DVD to look back on.

Q: My partner and I want to have our commitment ceremony recorded like a traditional wedding. Do you have a problem with that or does anything different apply?
A: We are here to create memories for everyone, not just a 'traditional' couple. We respect your views and will treat your event just as any other. Prices and plans remain the same as in traditional weddings. P.S. Wedding Ceremonies are now legally recognized by the State of California for gay & lesbian couples!

Q: How much do I need to pay today to reserve my wedding date?
A: A minimum non-refundable down payment is 33% of the total package price plus tax.

Q: Do you accept personal checks for deposits & payments?
A: YES! Final and monthly payments may be made via personal check. Checks presented for payment may be converted to an electronic ACH debit. However, a credit/debit card is required for the down payment. You can make a credit card or personal check payment anytime before the event date if you wish. We will deduct your payment from the total balance once your payment is received and approved. Call us to make a payment over the phone. We accept all forms of credit cards, including check cards linked to your checking account.

Q: How long will it take to receive my completed wedding video?
A: Depending on our work log, it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks before you receive a final DVD (depending on your package). We always keep you informed via email of the final status. You are always welcome to call us to check in as well.

Q: We were referred to you by a friend that was your prior client. Do we get a discount?
A: Yes, you will receive a 10% discount. Our prior client (your friend) will also receive a $50 gift card to Target. The gift card will be sent once your account is paid in full and the video service is performed.
