The following terms and conditions are set forth as part of an agreement between you (the "client") and Strike Out Productions (the "service provider"). In the event that any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder of these terms and conditions. A physical contract must be signed and delivered to Strike Out Productions before any services can be reserved or performed. 1.A non-refundable down payment must be paid via credit or debit card at the time of date reservation and agreement signing. A non-refundable down payment with Strike Out Productions is 33% of the total price of the chosen package. 2A. The remainder of the package balance will be due and payable seven (7) days before the event. Final payment may be made via personal check or credit/debit card. If the card authorization is declined or the check payment is returned unpaid, client will have 48 hours to either (1) provide another credit card for authorization or (2) send a cashier's check for the remaining balance via express overnight courier (i.e. FedEx or UPS) to our business address. If the remaining balance is not received within the above mentioned grace period, client forfeits reservation date and the services will not be performed. 2B. Payments made via personal check may be converted into an electronic ACH transaction. In the event your payment is returned to us unpaid, you will be subject to a $35.00 returned check fee. 3. There is no charge to upgrade packages from a lesser priced package
to a higher priced package. However, to facilitate equipment and staff
availability we ask that the change be within 15 days of the event, otherwise
we cannot guarantee availability for the higher priced package. Downgrades
will not be allowed without prior written approval from service provider
and are subject to a $200 downgrade fee. 4. Discounts can not be combined with any other offer, except as permitted in writing by Strike Out Productions. Discounts & promotions void where prohibited by law.
